Project overview
We are looking for Senior QA Specialist/Tech Lead to join our QA department at the company.
Requirements
– At least 5 years of experience in manual software testing (web and mobile);
– Experience in automation testing, API testing;
– Experience with Jira, bug tracking and test management system;
– Deep domain expertise in testing methodologies, technology, and processes;
– Applied Experience in testing strategy transformation in order to reduce time to market;
– Hands-on experience with testing tools, both manual and automation;
– Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and delivery pipelines;
– Able to build and lead a team of test industry experts;
– Agile, and Waterfall SDLC experience;
– Excellent verbal and written skills with the power to persuade and drive continuous improvement while maintaining/building strong partner relationships;
– English at least Upper-intermediate;
– Testing artifacts;
– Defining the scope of the task;
– Test execution;
– Test design;
– Support team members;
– Non-functional testing;
– Triage;
– Requirements analysis;
– Project estimation;
– Project Test Planning;
– Define test tools and software;
– Team Management;
– QA metrics;
– Implementing approaches in QA;

– Coordination cooperation with other depts.
Responsibilities
– Participate in the initiatives on the company level;
– The project’s realization within pre-estimated time and control of its compliance with technical requirements;
– Defining quality standards and metrics for the current project/product;
– Make the QA team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries;
– Planning in the process of working on a project;
– Microclimate inside a team;
– Performance of each individual team member;
– Development and professional growth of each team member;
– The motivation of employees;
– Work closely on the deadlines of the project;
– Meetings on individual development plans;
– Discussion of the end of a test period for the team member.
