Project overview

Our client is one of Israel’s leading rechargeable card companies.

The company specializes in the marketing and distribution of prepaid cards and provides sophisticated and advanced digital financial solutions.

We are creating a smart card (banking application) for one of the foreign banks. The project will allow users to take their financial control and offer tools to manage their money without any physical visit to the bank. The client distributes and provides overpaid cards on the Mastercard® network in Israel.

Requirements

– 1,5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within a software development organization;
– English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher;
– In-depth knowledge of Scrum (Kanban is a plus);
– Understanding and proven experience in using backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, task definition, decision-making, and the use of Jira;
– Effective in driving cross-team challenges to conclusion/resolution;
– Ability to think strategically to execute both short and long-term technology planning.

Responsibilities

– Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings;
– Facilitate team for better creativity, improve the efficiency of the development team;
– Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team, possessing conflicts resolution;
– Organize and facilitate the sprint planning meetings, act as a safeguard for a team;
– Help the team or individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them;
– Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices to satisfy customers;
– Assist with internal and external communication, and improve transparency.
