We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our company. As an experienced SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be goal-oriented, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
– Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in an IT company;
– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
– Experience with CRM software and sales tools;
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
– Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes;
– Initiative, success-driven;
– Strong time management and follow-up skills;
– A network of potential clients in the IT industry or other verticals is a big plus.
Responsibilities
– Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to create new business opportunities;
– Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, etc;
– Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements;
– Work closely with the stack-holders to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads;
– Keep up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape;
– Provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
