As an R&D Manager, you will lead a global team of developers and oversee the development of cutting-edge solutions for our fintech project. In addition to your managerial responsibilities, you will also be actively involved in hands-on coding.
Requirements
– 5+ years of experience in full-stack development;
– Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, JavaScript, Angular, SQL Server, and microservices;
– Previous work experience with SOA and message brokers;
– Proven experience in a managerial role, with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
– Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail;
– Demonstrated experience in taking ownership of projects and delivering results;
– Proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal, at an upper-intermediate level;
– Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
