Project overview

We are looking for a talented and ambitious IT recruiter, with superb communication skills and English level, who is willing to grow with time into a staffing lead: to communicate directly with our client and manage a few recruiters.

Requirements

– 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
– Understanding of software development specialities and methodologies;
– Experience in direct search;
– At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and verbal);
– Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details;
– Willing to work in a team and truly be a part of the whole;
– Superb communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
– Mentally mature, ambitious and proactive.

Responsibilities

– Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy;
– Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
– Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.;
– Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
– Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
– Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
– Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
