Requirements

– 3+ years work experience as People Partner, HRBP, HR Generalist or other relevant roles in IT Company;
– Experience with HR software;
– Deep understanding of Employee Lifecycle and specific activities needed to be executed on each of its stages;
– Proven experience in solving Retention cases;
– Experience working with HR data and ability to extract insights from the data;
– Ability to hold 1-1 meetings of any kind (Onboarding, Performance check, Retention, Exit interview etc);
– Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects;
– Strong verbal and written communication skills;
– At least Upper-intermediate level of English.

Nice to have

– Experience with Zoho Software.

Responsibilities

– Act as a partner and a contact point for our Talents on a variety of work-related questions and issues;
– Provide high-quality Onboarding and Adaptation;
– Hold 1-1 meetings with Talents, prepare and execute action plans on improvements of any kind;
– Analyze Workforce Data and make decisions according to it;
– Administrate Performance review and Evaluation process;
– Support with internal rotations;
– Execute Termination process;
– Take part in launch and design of General HR projects related to retention, compensations, L&D, CSR etc.
