I have been working at Israel IT for more than 2 years. Most of all I like the friendly atmosphere in the office and the team spirit – it is priceless. The atmosphere in the office is calm and friendly – perfect for the job. The office is located in a separate building with its own yard, gym, relaxation room, etc. Once a week we have happy hours, birthday gifts, parties. So, in addition to working hours, the company also takes care of the leisure of the employees. The company provides personal appraisal for employees every six months or one year, it depends on the worker level. So you can grow up professionally very fast. I’m working on many projects at the same time for big companies like Zynga, Playtika, Ubisoft, etc. I definitely would recommend Israel IT for my friends. I already have done this, so some of them work here with me!

I have been working at Israel IT from the very beginning – since 2018. It is my best decision ever! I like that company combines a dynamic business approach with top-notch technologies and very strong people-oriented values. I love our new office – it is spacious for all work activities, plus the gym and gaming&reading areas. Everything to make your work productive and help to keep work/life balance. In Israel IT I’m constantly challenged to grow professionally and encouraged/provided all resources and trainings to succeed. I have been working for Israel IT for almost 1.5 years.
When I came to work there were only about 20 people, at the moment there are more than 100 of us and the feeling of support and friendship remains the same as in a small team.
